About
A writer's craft, a marketer's results
I started out writing fiction and teaching college writing. So what’s a fiction writer doing in B2B SaaS? The same job, really: understand the reader, find what they need to hear, and say it clearly. Now I use that craft to make technical products clear, findable and worth buying.
